I love my family and friends, I am happily married and the proud father of 4 great boys.
For the last few years I have been living in Mauritius. Its been great, life is very peaceful there and enjoyable. This year we will move back to Australia.
I enjoy my work building software applications to solve complex problems for business, corporate and government clients. Work for me is a pleasure, I have to juggle the demands of business and multiple projects I enjoy the challenge and like to do a good job.
I am not used to writing about myself or maintaining a blog. For the past two years I have been building a complex web based information management system. The scope is quite vast and the application of the system will suit many markets and types of clients.
I am writing this blog because I have wanted to for ages, but also to the software I build and make it better. I am working on the publishing features like being able to post information to your website/s quickly and easily is a big part of that work. This website runs on that system. I will try to focus this blog on my personal experience and life and use my other websites to talk about business and my work.
My passion is building complete solution based software applications from design through to integration and support. I am working on the web application development space, its very dynamic and allot is happening in growth and technology, its really an exciting time to be developing software.
Diet is a big part of my life, I went vegan for a while and began to think how bad it was to catch fish, but now I have changed my mind, I saw a movie about how some fish kill and eat each other fish now I think its just how it is. You eat them and we eat you and so it goes and goes.
While its a little scary to put your ideas out there, a lot of people do and it can be interesting to read about others and what they think. So lets see.
